This wine is 100% Chardonnay, 25% of the wine spent 6 months in French oak barrels. We come across with a pale colored wine, aromas of different types of apple and an excellent acidity balance. In the mouth, we can perceive melon, peaches and apricots. Notes of honey at the end. Best paired with salads, pastas and roasted or stewed white meats. Best serve at 10°-14° Recommended aging: maximum 2 years
