Our Cabernet blend is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot. Deep ruby red, its primary aromas are of fresh red berries. Then the notes of caramel and chocolate appear, fattening the palate. On the palate, it has a present, corpulent and elegant tannin. Long finish with hints of cocoa. Good pairing with roast meats, bruschettas with strong flavors and quiches with intense aromas and flavors. Best serve at 14°-16° Recommended aging: maximum 4 years
