Carefully elaborted with the best Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes from Valle de Uco and Luján de Cuyo, in Mendoza. We use the traditional method, Champenoise, bringing elegance and a subtle balance between floral aromas and harmony with notes of toasted bread and yeast.
On the palate, it presents elegant and subtle bubbles, with a complex and balanced acidity. Very good pairing of appetizers, cheese boards and nuts, seafood and risottos. Best serve at 8°-10°
