This Chardonnay comes from selected barrels sourced from our vineyard in «El Manzano,» a historic site in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, located at 4,101 feet above sea level. The deep, alluvial soils—composed of sandy loam with scattered stones—contribute to the wine’s structure and minerality. Grapes are carefully selected from this single vineyard and aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels.
This Chardonnay reveals aromas of ripe pear and white peach, complemented by delicate notes of vanilla and toasted almonds. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a creamy texture and vibrant acidity that leads to a long, mineral finish. Best served at 10–12°C. Recommended aging: up to 5 years.
