Our Reserve line is known for honoring the pure varietal expression. The wines faithfully reflect the terroirs where they are crafted, Mendoza and Salta. The Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from Cafayate showcases elegance, finesse, and a smooth character, complemented by subtle oak nuances.
Deep red in color, it has a strong profile of the area, with predominant notes of roasted bell peppers, spices and red fruit jam. On the palate, it has a very good structure and soft tannins, with an elegant and persistent finish. It accompanies long-cooked spicy foods such as regional stews, as well as fatty roasted cuts of meat. Best serve at 14°-16° Recommended aging: 5 years maximum.
