Our Rosé of Malbec uses the traditional technique called “Bleeding”, which involves a night of maceration.
Lively and light, the Malbec Rosé was bottled at low temperatures after 2 months of aging to preserve its citrus character.
It has a beautiful salmon color and a nose that seduces, thanks to its floral and fresh profile. In the mouth, the delicate notes of cherries and strawberries stand out, as well as a vibrant acidity. Its finish is long and with herbal notes. We recommend to serve it with sushi, ceviche and fresh foods. Best serve at 10°-12° Recommended aging: 3 years maximum.
