This limited edition of Cabernet Franc is a selection of barrels from the El Chaski Estate, located in the Cafayate Valley, at 1,700 meters above sea level. This vineyard has a density of 5,000 plants per hectare and the soils are of alluvial origin, with a high presence of boulders on the surface. To make this wine we use 1.5kg of grapes per plant. Fermented in concrete eggs and later aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
We find a wine of intense color with aromas of red fruits, tomato leaves, and spices. With persistent and well-balanced tannins, it offers a long finish with hints of vanilla and coffee. Best serve at 14°-16° Recommended aging: maximum 6 years.
