This limited-edition Cabernet Franc comes from a barrel selection sourced from our El Chaski Vineyard in the Cafayate Valley, planted at 5,577 feet above sea level. Fermented in concrete eggs and aged for 12 months in French oak, it showcases the unique expression of one of the few Cabernet Franc plantings in the region.
This Cabernet Franc opens with expressive red-fruit aromas and a striking, intense color. On the palate, it offers a plush texture with silky yet persistent tannins, lifted by a refreshing herbal note and vibrant acidity. Its structure and balance reflect both its high-altitude origin and careful oak aging.
