A barrel selection from our finest estate lots in the Finca San Jose fields located at 4,160 feet above sea level in the foothills of Tupungato Mendoza. We hand picked our clusters; the transportation is prepared in boxes of 18 kg and once in the cellar the grapes are selected and then pressed. The juice is fermented in French oak barrels and aged for six months.
With a golden color, it is a Chardonnay with great volume. With a very aromatic nose, it has floral notes, tree fruits and herbs. Delicate and heavy in the mouth, the notes of white peach, pear and toasted notes stand out. It has a refreshing acidity and is a wine that invites to pair with aromatic dishes with herbs, light sauces and various fish. Best serve at 10°-12° Recommended aging: maximum 3 years.
