Grapes underwent 3 days of cold maceration. Fermented in small, 25,000-liter stainless steel tanks.
Intense ruby red color, aromas of cherries, coffee and chocolate stand out on the nose. On the palate, it is a round wine, with medium tannins and good volume. Notes of fruit and spices delight the mouth. The finish is long and persistent. It pairs with succulent dishes of roast meat, hard grain cheeses, and long-cooked sauces. Best serve at 14°-16° Recommended aging: 5 years maximum.
